Q: Can we wear shoes if were not going in?

A: No, everyone (including adults) must leave their shoes in the lobby and must be wearing socks to enter the play area.  If you forget your socks they can be purchased at the front desk for $2.00.

Q: Can we book private party?

A: We are sorry that a private party are not available, we only do private room and open playground. 

Q: Can we use our own theme for a party?

A: Yes, you are welcome to bring your own themed items such as cups, napkins, plates, tablecloths, banners, balloons, and etc. 

Q: Can we bring our own food to a party?

A: Sure, you can bring your own food or we can provide it for you, but all food must come from a licensed business like a restaurant or grocery store. 

Q: What is the refund policy for a party deposit?

A: ALL PARTIES REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Q: What if I need to reschedule/cancel my party?

A: If you need to cancel party deposit is non refundable, you can reschedule it once with in three months.
